What to expect?


Who is it for?
New moms with babies aged 3 to 18 months, cleared for exercise by their doctor/midwife.
What to bring?
Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, a carrier, a small blanket for your baby, and your baby's favourite small toy.
Class structure:
Our certified pre- & postnatal barre instructor guides you through a series of low-impact, high-repetition movements at the barre, on the mat, and with light props, always incorporating your baby in a safe and joyful way.
Small group size
Price
When you are on the regular list you can buy 10 class pack for 390 CHF or 20 class pack for 700 CHF if you come twice a week.

Schedule
Classes will run on Tuesdays and/ or Thursdays at 10:00 am. And will start in the second week of January 2025.
Meet your instructor


Meet Kim – your encouraging, highly experienced barre instructor and pre- & postnatal specialist. With over six years of teaching barre and a true passion for supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, Kim understands exactly how your body feels right now. She’ll guide you to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and fall in love with movement again – safely and joyfully.
